“ Blazing Stone Pizza makes one of the best pizzas Ive ever had in the Los Angeles area, and even just in general! This place is family owned and operated and has a friendly smalltown vibe about it. My boyfriend and I got to talk to the chef for awhile he has been a pizza chef for 15 years and is super passionate about what he does and it shows in the quality you get! The ingredients are fresh, there is plenty of delicious mozzarella cheese, and the dough is to die for. We tried the thin crust which is not as paper thin as the usual thin crust, but thinner than normal, and the hearty crust amazing.. they fold the crust over part of the pizza so that you get your toppings inside each bite of the crust. Weve only tried the rustic sauce so far, which is delicious, but cant wait to try the blazing next time. Update Tried the blazing sauce its great and has a little kick, but I like the rustic by far. They have a 12 and 18 pizza. Compared to other pizza places in town, its a little pricey, but I really dont mind paying a few extra bucks for topnotch ingredients and flavor that is difficult to find in this area. Other pros Outdoor patio seating, accept credit cards, offer delivery. Minor cons Parking is street only ”
“ Great staff good food and a comfortable clean restaurant! What more can I ask for? I love to support local so I go here anytime Im craving pizza P.s. They offer side salads too so you dont have to feel as guilty about eating pizza ”
“ A fantastic Italian joint with casual food all scratch made with amazing service. We ordered variety of dishes to share and all were delicious. This place makes all their pasta in house and you can definitely taste the difference. We tried spaghetti marinara and fried calamari. Both dishes was excellent. I appreciate their service and food!! ”
“ 1st time trying this location. My husband has been living in the area for 25 years never had gone. My son and I have always talked about going and must I say we where not disappointed. The pasta was spot on really flavorful. The pizza and wings do not stay far behind really pleased with the food and the service the person that helped us was really nice will definitely go back. ”
“ I didnt believe the reviewsuntil I tried the pizza. I dont know who these guys are with this perfect pizza so far from Italy and all the trendier areas of LA. I do know that I am obsessed with pizza I make my own based on Nancy Silvertons recipe from Pizzeria Mozza. The crust here is awesome too. Firm, crisp and so flavorful. I wish they used Miyokos mozzarella on their Marguerita pizza, otherwise, it is perfect. I also ordered a beet salad that came with walnuts and balsamic dressing. The salad was large enough to share. My husband a meateater liked his pepperoni, and we both loved the patio, just off of busy Huntington on the way to DTLA and Alhambra, depending on which way you drive. This place is in the city but the garden setting with olive trees, grape vines and an outdoor fountain will take you away from all of that. There is also a big screen TV for sports fans. ”
“ The food was delicious. We started with the calamari, perfectly cooked and tasted great. My group had personal pizzas, I had the mean greens pizza, artichokes, bell pepper, olives, tomato, spinach and purple onions, let me say it was absolutely delicious. Perfect amount of toppings, cheese and sauce. The crust is just right. Lastly we split a tiramiso and its probably the best around. The staff was friendly and its a nice hidden jewel. Only issue I thought was maybe the parking. Im not an employee or someone who was paid. Just a regular guy that gives props where props are do when the food and services are good. ”
“ I honestly think their pasta selection is better than their pizzas. I had the pesto pasta was absolutely out of this world. Supreme pizza was whatever. The pasta was the closest I could find in la to pasta I had in Italy. Yummmmm. Creamy but not too cheesy. Flavorful. Highly recommend the pasta section. Ambiance is lovely. Outdoor seating is plentiful and wonderfully decorated. Customer service is superb, so kind and friendly and quick. The food came out relatively fast. Love Bambino. ”
“ GREAT TASTING Pizza with 3 options 7, 12 and 18 sizes to choose from. They also have a Gluten Free 12 Only additional toppings Vegan Cheese. ”
